Change of days for weights classes

Weights resistance classes will now be held on Mondays (instead of Thursdays) from 27th June – 10.00am to 11.00am at the Mudgegonga Hall.

All are welcome to come and join in (free of charge) exercising the upper and lower body using arm and leg weights.

Movements are low impact (relaxed and slow).

Coordinated by Ovens & King Health Services and supported by VBRRA.
