Every Wednesday (commencing on the 23rd March) for 12 months from 10.00am to 11.00am at the Mudgegonga Hall (until hall renovations commence and then to be arranged at another close location).
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise for health and wellbeing that is relaxed & slow in tempo. It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere and any age. It increases flexibility, builds muscle strength, helps with pain (such as arthritis, falls, stress & other chronic diseases) and improves balance.
