Exercise for strength (free admission)

Every Thursday for 12 months (commencing on the 24th March) from 10.00am to 11.00am at the Mudgegonga Hall (until hall renovations commence and then to be arranged at another close location).
Movements are low impact (relaxed and slow) using hand and ankle weights exercising the upper and lower body.
