Email Addresses

You can request your own address in the form of firstname.lastname@mudgegonga.com.au
There are two ways to use your @mudgegonga.vic.au address:
- As an alias (or redirect) for another email address (such as the one your ISP issued you).
- As a new webmail account, accessed via this website.
Aliases
An alias addresses simply redirects incoming mail to your existing address. Using an alias email address has a number of benefits.
- It's really easy to remember for you and the people you give it to as it is logical
- It's easy to guess what the email addresses are for other members of the community
- It means you are a little more independent from your ISP. If you want to switch to a competitor, you don't have to give up your email address. We'll just update your alias to point to your new ISP issued address.
Web Mail
Maybe you'd just like a new email account to use for a specific purpose and keep your other mail seperate.
With webmail, you access your mail on this website (which means you can access it from any computer anywhere in the world). Webmail is comparable to Gmail or Hotmail.
